From a young age, Pastor Barrington was called to ministry following his father and a host of other family members. A calling he embraced wholeheartedly. He received his license to preach in 2003 at the age of 23, his fervent dedication to spreading the gospel has only deepened over the years.

Pastor Barrington is a native Charleston, West Virginia. His upbringing was steeped in the embrace of faith, alongside a passion for basketball, where he was known by many as the local basketball star of his hometown throughout his high school career. Continuing his academic pursuits and basketball career, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Shepherd College, followed by a Master of Science in Software Engineering from West Virginia University, and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministries from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
